Naps Keep Your Brain Young.

You can’t sleep on your teacher, but your midday slumber might be helpful for your body. Pew Research Center found ⅓ of people in the U.S. take a nap during the day. According to some experimental American research, there are cognitive benefits on the brain between those who take a nap regularly and those who do not. Reportedly, the first group had larger brains than the second, along with other benefits in terms of functions, whether how quickly your brain can process memories or that sort of thing. As we age, our brain shrinks, so this means that regular naps can make our brains younger. But some might say that when you take a long nap, you wake up feeling groggy. The grogginess is because of the length of your nap. Experts suggest limiting naps to about 30 minutes.
