The harvested crops are transported directly to a restaurant and a concession stand within the ballpark, just 100 feet away. The chef believes he has the best job in the country, having access to fresh produce from a rooftop garden and the opportunity to look at their quality and perishability. He added that it was a seed to initiate a revolution in food transportation.
