In the devastated earthquake zone in Morocco, the homeless are sheltering in sweltering tents coming to terms with tragedy. The outburst of the 6.8-magnitude earthquake, followed by aftershocks, whipped up the world into sadness and depression, asking for help. The Morocco government, local organizations, and charities answered them by supporting food, water, medications, and assistance for the rescue front and humanitarian relief. Despite the outpouring of international help, survivors still need more tents and long-term support to rebuild their homes, a volunteer said. Following that, they don’t know how long this tragedy will last and when they can go back to their home.
