At the Southern border of the U.S., the scenery of thousands of migrants under the Del Rio International Bridge is raising eyebrows. The Mayor is appealing for government help, saying it’s unsustainable and would take two weeks to process them. The number of undocumented migrants and makeshift camps is going up. But, Federal authority says they will be expelled in removal proceedings. The abrupt resignation of two top officials in the Department of Homeland Security following encounters with 200,000 migrants last month has made this a challenging situation.
