When she preps meals, she sticks to making them healthy and nutritious. Even though she's living in a food desert, she works hard to keep meals veggie-centric by using veggies sourced from local farms. And she always goes over the dietary restriction precisely. When she’s in her kitchen, she feels in her element. Most of those people she’d catered to were single parents and seniors. Since the need is not over, she will keep doing this.
