One of the most popular monsters took on mother nature. In Central New York, someone recorded a time-lapse video of Godzilla getting on snow. As sleet accumulated, Godzilla, once the gigantic monster, was buried in a miscreation of flurries. Reportedly, there was about 10 inches of precipitation.

Russian athletes might be banned from attending the Olympics in 2020. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) accused Russia of a widespread complicated doping program led by the Russian government. If the WADA gets its way and its claim is upheld Russian athletes will be banned from participating in the major national competitions. Not everyone is banned from joining the competitions. Those who are proven not to take the doping program could participate as neutral athletes. For example, even if Russian athletes have gold medals, they will hear the Olympic anthem instead of their national anthem. The WADA stated that Russia was given the chance to “get their house in order and rejoin the anti-doping community,” but they chose to keep the stance of deception and denial. The Russian Prime Minister said though Russia had a problem with doping, banning Russian athletes is Anti-Russian hysteria. He added the Russian organization should appeal the decision of the WADA to defend their athletes.
