Dyer’s Greasy Burger

In 1912 Dyer’s Burger restaurant was created. One day, one of their employees forgot to clean the pan full of oil. Customers were already waiting for their meal, so that guy used it again. Since they found positive reactions from their customers, they’ve been using the same oil until now. It’s filtered every day but the taste remains. You might be wondering about the recipe by now. First, ball-up meets. Second, flat them out, using a wooden mallet and spatula. Third, fry the patty in the oil. And put a slice of cheese on it and soak them together in the oil again to make them gooey. Lastly, assemble all the ingredients such as sliced onions, pickles, mustard, and patty. Then, Voila! You can enjoy the greasy deep-fried burger. They have no grill and flattop. They only use a skillet full of passed-down oil.

*Vocabularies; by now, flat top, skillet, ball up, mallet
